BT Buys VOIP Provider Ribbit For $105 Million

Ribbit, the VOIP company that lets software developers for enterprise and consumers add voice to CRM apps such as Salesforce.com and social networks such as Facebook, joins British Telecom’s fleet of acquisitions.
- BT has agreed to buy Ribbit Corporation, the Silicon Valley-based voice Internet company, for $105 million in cash.
