Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp., Research in Motion Ltd., EMC Corp., L.M. Ericsson Telephone Co., and Sony Corp. will be able to share the Nortel’s trove of Patents (intellectual property) in ways unknown to us.
The consortium pushed the bidding up at the bankruptcy auction to hold Google Inc., Intel Corp. and RPX Corp at bay.
Most see this as an attempt to kill Android…
