They will give this talktime as additional credit of 3.3$ (when you signup for a new account). Though I am late in posting this offer, but still one day is remaining for the offer. You still have a chance to avail this offer.
- You need to sing up for a new account, you can recharge your account with just 5$, you will get additional 60 minutes (3.3$). So effective rate to India will be 3.3cents/minutes. I guess this is a very cheap plan to call India.
- I would suggest you to recharge with minimum amount (5$) as call rates will be minimum for that amount. You will get talktime worth 151 minutes.
- The most imporatant part - Offer valid for sign-up between 22-29th October.
- Check Airtelcallhome how to use page to know more about using the service.
- Though I could not find anywhere on their website, if Airtel plan is available to people all over India, but in order to use the service, you need to dial a USA toll free no. So, that means service is best for people calling India from USA/Canada only. Confirm this with their customer support.
This is what is mentioned on Airtel website. ‘Simply sign up till 29th Oct and get 60 minutes free to talk to your family and friends this Diwali.’
I would suggest you to first confirm with Airtel (toll free no. 18772475150 ), clear all your doubts (if offer still valid) and then only purchase the credit.

Well this method (Mobivox) works equally good for making calls to other parts of world (For making free calls to Pakistan, free calls to about 40 countries (USA, Canada, UK etc) and other countries).
Since Diwali season is around, and I don’t want Free Pc to Phone calls readers to spend much this Diwali, I have featured this post (step by step guide) for making making free calls to India. Whether you will be able to make free calls to your destination, this thing will get clear only when you actually try it out.
Though few months back, I have already written about using Mobivox for making free calls, but since Mobivox has changed its interface , I am writing a new userguide for making unlimited free calls with Mobivox.
A few points to be noted here are -:
- Each call to India will last about 5 minutes, so if you want free longer duration calls I would suggest you trying making calls with Tabrio as it providing free 5$ trial credit. Check the post about Free calls with Tabrio.
- If you came looking for some cheap option to call India, so that you can make some lonegr calls to Indis. I would suggest you trying Pingo calling card Diwali promotion as it is charging only 4cents/minute to India.
Coming back to Mobivox, you can call India free from USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other parts of world.
- Call quality of Mobivox is very good. I have tried it several times, and experienced very good voice quality.
- You can make unlimited calls to India (each of 5 minute duration) using our workaround.
- You can make Phone to phone calls with Mobivox (web initiated).
Actually for each new user signup, Mobivox is giving free .250USD credit. Using this credit you can call India free. Now lets get to actually process.
1. Visit Mobivox website here.
2. Click on Sign up on the homepage to sign up with Mobivox.
3. Enter your details, in phone number field - just enter any fake number, in email field - enter a temporary mail address.
4. You will get a confirmation in your mail. Click that confirmation to verify.
5. You can login now to your account. You will see that you have got .250USD free credit.
6. Click on edit my profile. In that add your actual phone number. (From which you want to make calls).
7. Click on Direct call option.
8. You can now add your destination number. (Indian number).
9. Click call to connect your call. (It will also display how much your call will last).
I have tried calling from Sweden to India, and call lasted for 5 minutes.
Now the workaround to make unlimited free calls to India.
Create a new account with Mobivox with Different email address, no need for different IP.
Just follow the above steps with a different email id while registering.

If you are from India, or some of your relative lives in India, there is much for you to cheer about. Voip is officially launched in India. Actually voip program in India launched few months back, its just, I thought this is right time to cover it on the blog.
Well just reminding that you can make free calls from your Pc your Phone using our ways and workarounds. All lasts posts (methods) are working, and people have already made some heavy free calls to India, free calls to Pakistan, and free calls to other destinations. Specially Tabrio offering free 5$ trial credit can be used to call any country in world. Do check that.
If you are from Delhi, or Mumbai (India) you must have noticed the hoardings of PigeonVoip all around, heard Pigeonvoip advertisements on FM, or the half pages newspaper ads must have caught your attention. Well, specially for people who make a lot of international calls, for business purpose the deal looks quite tempting. You won’t get any cheaper calls than that. After all you can call Suadi Arabia, USA, Canada at price of Rs 1.
