This time its Google SMS search. Now you have the Google search with you, traveling with you anywhere anytime. Through Google SMS search on your phone, you can now get information about anything you want. Get cricket scores, Indian Railways train schedules & ticket status, horoscopes, movie showtimes, restaurant information and more, all through SMS on your phone.
How to use this feature -:
- This is available for people in India only.
- Simply send your search query by SMS to 9-77-33-00000 and Google will send you results back by SMS immediately.
- Best thing, you don’t pay a premium charge for any of this, just the price of a standard SMS. (If you have a free sms plan, you get this service for free). Incoming messages from Google are not charged.
I have used this feature, and quite liked it. I guess Google is making our life very easy.

After you have finished of your free minutes and if you liked the servide, you may continue with Ciacellular by buying some credit as their call rates are very competitive (India at 4cents/minute).

Though I am not in favor of Betamax providers but still their low rates and free calls package attract a lot of people to try their service.
Well, a new betamax service names VoipZoom has been recently launched. Those who have tried betamax before and those who want some very cheap calls can try this service. With VoipZoom you can call lots of destinations for FREE for just EURO 2,50 a month.
Well, with the Christmas season so near, call volumes to European countries, USA, Canada extend to a great extent. I guess this is a very smart step by Betamax to launch this service at this point of time.
